Gnome on the run has produced a few little tools that we have decided to release to the public. You can find them here, and feel free to download and use them as much as you want. A link would be great, but even just a comment to know how it works for you would be great.

  • Flexicons

    Flexicons is a simple administrator module that can replace or add FlexiContent icons to the Control Panel quick icons.

  • Gnome Helper

    Gnome Helper is a little administrator module that will allow you to easily search JSDE (Joomla Developers Search Engine), or any search engine of your choice. It opens a modal window that you can minimize/move/close as needed.

  • Gnome Tweets

    Gnome on the run's Tweets module for Joomla is a simple module that will grab the public timeline of any Twitter user.  Its quite simple and not very flashy on purpose.  It cache's a copy of the latest tweets so Twitter isn't overwhelmed, also to help if Twitter is down.

  • Gnome Version Notifier

    Gnome on the run's Version Notifier for Joomla is a simple module that is for the administrator in Joomla to alert you to out of date Joomla releases. It is also integrated with the Jupdateman component, but not required. Use it to alert anyone with administration access if a version is out of date!
